I think the better team won. When the Yankees win the World Series, I yawn. When they don’t, I know many people in that organization are performing well below their pay grade. In games, they win this series 4-2. But in games won per payroll dollar, they win 4 – 3.77. Close enough for me to see a parade in Philadelphia.

no one on the Phillies has been “clutch” all series long. the Yankees have worse averages, but they hit when the time calls for it. we spent it all during the NLCS.
